What ever you are doing at any time.. just stop, become aware of your heart beat, your breath… feel how the soles of your feet are making contact with the ground… now really feel the soles of your feet making contact with the ground.. every possible part of both feet that are making contact… be fully aware of them, put a name to what you are feeling.. really connect with this feeling… Bring your awareness back to your heart beat and your breath and then set off once again on your daily doings renewed and restored… Remember that in all honesty you are a human being not a human doing…
